How it works

Register

Tell us who you are, what you drive and which areas you cover. It takes a few minutes and needs no farm or farmer account.

Get approved

Our team reviews your application and emails you when your account is active, and sets up your delivery rates.

Receive jobs

When a farmer or buyer books transport in your area, the job is assigned to you and appears in your transporter portal.

Deliver and update

Mark the job as picked up, in transit and delivered from your phone, so farmers and buyers can follow the delivery.

Who can register

Owner-drivers with a bakkie, LDV or van
Small transport companies with light, medium or heavy trucks
Operators with refrigerated trucks for produce that must stay cool
Farmers and others with a tractor and trailer who also do deliveries

You must be allowed to operate the vehicle you register, and your contact details must be correct.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a farmer or have a farmer account?

No. Anyone with a vehicle can register as a transporter. You do not need a farm, a farmer account or a buyer account.

What vehicles can I register?

Bakkies and LDVs, vans, light, medium and heavy trucks, refrigerated trucks, and tractor-and-trailer combinations. You choose your vehicle type when you register.

How do I get approved?

Submit the registration form. Your application is reviewed by the Mzansi Farming Hub team, and you will be emailed once your account is approved. After that, sign in and upload the front of your ID from your Account page. Once our team has verified it, you can receive jobs.

How do I get delivery jobs?

When a farmer or buyer books platform transport, the job is assigned to an approved transporter who covers that area. You see and manage your jobs in your transporter portal.

How are rates and payment set?

Delivery rates are set per area by the team when your account is approved. Payment terms are confirmed with you at that point.

What if I forget my password?

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the transporter login page and a reset link is emailed to the address you registered with.
